Detectives Ron Fugate and Morris Brinson are on duty to serve and protect… themselves! Corrupt as they come, Fugate (Mark Baranowski) is addicted to sex and drugs. Brinson (Demond Reed) has an unhealthy obsession with money - he’ll do anything to get it.
When a criminal they put behind bars is released from prison and puts a hit out on them, their partnership begins to crumble as their loved ones get caught in the crossfire. Who will survive, and at what cost?
