She worked simultaneously as a freelance script consultant for Script Pipeline and as a production coordinator for New Wave Entertainment, helping produce over 15 comedy specials for cable and network television including "'Weird Al' Yankovic Live!: The Alpocalypse Tour" (2011);"Jim Gaffigan: Mr. Universe" (2012) and "Aziz Ansari: Dangerously Delicious."
In 2013 Gina came on board as an executive producer of the black comedy thriller feature "Spreading Darkness" starring Eric Roberts, James Duval, John Savage, Louis Mandylor, and Robert Davi. That same year she also wrote and directed three original projects: a short comedy "If Only You Were French", a Match.com spec commercial, and the psychological horror short "Boudoir" starring Dominique Swain ("Lolita", "Face/Off", "Alpha Dog") with cinematography by Will Barratt ("Frozen", "Hatchet I&II") and sound by John Neff ("Mulholland Drive"). She is currently in development with her feature "Family Reunion" - a comical take on a dysfunctional family reunion in rural Minnesota.
