Who was Manjunath?
A graduate from one of India’s most elite business schools IIM, decides to investigate corruption and loses his life in the process. He was 27 years old in November 2005 when his bullet-riddled body was found in Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh for taking on the oil mafia head on.
Manjunath stood up against the wrong; he wanted to change the nation; a true inspiration to young India.
This 124 minute film in Hindi is co-produced by NFDC (National Film Development Corporation of India), the major film producing agency sourcing independent cinema from various regions of India, and ICOMO, an interesting company driven by young educated professionals.
The cinematography is by Prakash Kutty and Indian cult rock band Parikrama have scored the original music track.
