Description

Magadheera (Telugu: మగధీర) is a 2009 National Award winning historical drama - Telugu film directed by S.S. Rajamouli and produced by Allu Aravind.
Ram Charan Tej and Kajal Aggarwal play lead roles, while actors Sri Hari Raghumundri and Dev Gill play other prominent roles.
This film is currently the highest-grossing Telugu film of all time. It features original soundtrack composed by M. M. Keeravani, cinematography by K. K.
Senthil Kumar and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao.
The story of the film is set in the 17th century, when Mughals ruled parts of North India. The film is about a warrior who protects the princess of his kingdom,
only to be killed, and born again 400 years later to take his revenge on his enemy. The plot is based on reincarnation, a belief that after death, the soul will return in a new body. The film is slated to be dubbed and released in Tamil as Mannadi Mannan or Maveeran.
The film will also be dubbed in Malayalam as Dheeran set to release in February 2011.
