A junk yard, contracted by the C.I.A. to facilitate safe housing for some of its top undercover and retired operatives, is in the sights of Chuck Towers the largest land developer in the southwest.
Chuck and his group of hardnosed thugs muscle land owners into signing over their land for pennies while he forges his million-dollar empire.
When the pressure is put on the owner of “Junk Dawg’s Yard” to sell, JD an ex-cop, the ex-agents of the yard and a rag tag group of misfits must face the odds to defend themselves, the yard and the secret lives they once led.
