Description
Here is the story, it was a long time ago before I joined WIDHH(Western Institute for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing). I was a Disabillity Development Association(DDA), Job West's client at that time. The producers called the Association if we were interesting doing a movie so we were very interesting. I have a pic of all the movie cast and crews, too but I can't scan it or bring it there for ya to see it, (well maybe I can bring it there or not) I mean its big. Once time, I taped the movie bec. I was out to see the big screen movie in the BCIT Centre at downtown with the whole DDA clients, but now, I actually finally got a DVD of the movie, too. So just wanna let you know that I have an acting experience and got a chance to meet someone famous. Ha! Ha! heehee!! Lucky me eh??
I was in a couple of scenes in the movie so not to worry, you can see me.
I go to take a pic of myself at the DDA, Job West for the producers to see which Disability person to make it in the movie. I was hoping the producers will pick me, hehe!! Anyway, I got a part..yay!!
On Tuesday, January 5 to Friday, January 8, I think every day in the morning for a couple days, like school days, I woke up at 6am to practice filming at 26 SE Marine Dr.(near Wendy's and SuperStores).
The real filming is in the next couple days, sorta like around Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday January 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. It was sorta boring in the waiting room so one of workers brought the game, Scrabble...I beat every one in the game. Hehe!!
I was in a couple scenes so you can see me doing something in the movie and also, the character, Dr. Bob Shushan(Donald Sutherland) says "Hi Grace" when he is welcoming back to work.
I got these autographs from the famous stars, Donald Sutherland and Matthew Fox.
Btw, The movie was aired Feb. 28, 1999.
If you wanna see me in this movie, you can rent a DVD at the Blockbuster, any DVD video stores or buy it online like Amazon.com or eBay, but don't rent the wrong one.
There is a Behind The Mask TV Movie page in here too, go ahead find it in search for page, and give some comments there, too.
